Role: Contract
Title: Finance Coordinator
Location: Winston Salem, North Carolina
Pay: $17.00 Per hour
Shift: M-F 8:00am –5:00pm
Duration: 3-4 months

The Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing accounts receivable activity and contribute to the success of our client by driving cash flow, reducing aged balances and managing relationships with internal and external customers. The Coordinator is required to identify, analyze, and solve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Serve as primary owner for any accounts receivable related customer issues
Identify root cause and reduce aged balances
Initiate customer contact to manage collection process, including resolution of rebills
Engage with customer to understand accounting, purchasing, and delivery processes and procedures
Ensure accurate customer information at all times; (i.e. hierarchy, store #, vendor #, statement, etc.)
Initiate communication with internal teams to achieve timely issue resolution, outline customer accounting processes, and maintain reliable customer service
Review and analyze aging to identify priority accounts and facilitate collection efforts
Team player with ability to work through others on team


Associates Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently; executing on goals with little supervision
Excellent computer skills and Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office; specifically, Excel


4 Year Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
3-5 Years Customer Portfolio Management/Cash Collections Experience
