The client is a large non-profit housing organization located in Akron, OH. They are looking for a career minded individual who will have a number of roles to fulfill.
Accounting functions:
• Record & reconcile all receipts to handle Accounts Receivable & Payables for multiple sites.
• Prepare & process reports, deposits & purchase requistions.

Human Resource functions:
• Coordinate new hire employee process
• Maintain employee files
• Reconcile & maintain payroll files.

Information Technology functions:
• Serves as initial contact person for network software and hardware issues/requests
• Provides daily required site maintenance of the network
• Strong computer skills to support & utilize various programs (website, employee training, banking / data management & record journals in financial software)

To qualify you MUST have:
• Experience with MIP or similar accounting software
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of experience in the non-profit field.
• Experience in accounting practices for public and private grants

Salary $45 – 50K/year, 40 hour work week, however need to work extra hours during audits
