Job Description

•              Process requests from the branches through SharePoint and Outlook.

•              Verify the data provided is accurate and the information is input in the system correctly.

•              Receive inquiries regarding billing; research and respond as quickly as possible.

•              Follow through with any open issues to ensure proper resolution and engage team leads and supervisor if needed.

•              Utilize the desk procedures and the departmental policy.

•              Send daily reports to the Teams Leads regarding daily output.

•              Send invoices, by mail and e-mail, to the customer daily. Attention to detail in mailing process is critical so protected customer information is not misdirected and the correct information is being sent to the customer.

•              Will serve as back up for other Billing Processor when needed.

•              Ability to work flexible schedule as assigned.

Required Skills

•              Must have strong command of the English language. This includes vocabulary, grammar, and spelling.

•              Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

•              Must have previously demonstrated high level of professionalism and ability to work well with others in a group capacity as well as by themselves.

•              Possess good time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as a team environment.

•              Proven ability to exercise good judgment within defined procedures and policies and determine the appropriate course of action.

•              Will need to identify errors and root cause analyzes of issues and provide a resolution.

•              Ability to work under pressure with strict month-end deadlines.

•              Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite which includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

•              Strong preference will be for candidates with prior Shared Services environment experience.

Job Requirements

•              High School Diploma required/B.A or B.S. preferred.

•              Computer proficient.

•              Excellent spelling and grammar skills.

•              Good communication and organizational skills

 

Pay: $16/hr

Shift: 8-5PM

Contract: 4/9/2018-10/8/2018
