Adecco is assisting a local premier financial services corporation in their immediate need for

Financial Accrual Systems Analyst or Consultant

Cary, NC 27513

W2 contract to hire 6 + months (potential to go permanent based upon performance)



The consultant will build and manage accrual and billing function for Application Development. Will define and develop enterprise wide management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics.


Successful candidate will establish, implement, maintain and monitor processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices as it relates to accrual and billing for all our client's US AD and Digital teams, including client's US AD, Corporate Systems, Digital Office, and Investments to improve accuracy, speed of delivery, invoicing and true bill of vendor expense.



Defined Responsibilities:




Responsible for uploads of accrual and invoiced bills to IT program and projects
Provide support to GTO Finance organization to close monthly bill
Actively work with IT Business Relationship Management and Business Partners on evaluation of incoming SOW’s and vendor forecast as it relates to expected bill of IT through vendor expense
Develop and execute a billing change control, risk management and communications strategy
Coordinate and collaborate by partnering across Business areas, Global Technology and Operations and in region as needed
Communicate and make recommendations to IT leaders, peers within Planning and Strategic Governance functions and with other corporate areas as needed




Required Skills:


5 or more years’ experience as financial analyst or accountant
10 or more years’ experience in IT organization
Demonstrable expertise with MS Office (excel) and accounting principles
Ability to collect, calibrate and analyze data
Financial software systems like Hyperion, Ariba, Beeline experience a plus!


Preferred:


Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting MBA / master’s added bonus
Relevant industry training/certifications, CPA, etc.
