The primary focus of the FA role is to demonstrate technical expertise, strong revenue results, and asset growth in banking and non-deposit investments and fiduciary products. Some of the duties include:
* Provide information/education to clients about the purpose and details of financial products, services and strategies.
* Build and maintain client base, keep client plans up-to-date and acquire new clients on an ongoing basis.
* Contact clients periodically to determine if there have been changes in their financial status.
* Provide knowledgeable, objective financial guidance and customized strategies to consumer segments that demand high quality service

* Review customer’s investment goals and prepare presentations that recommend products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and managed money solutions.





Will act as the primary point of contact for high-networth customers in order to deepen banking and investment relationships and provide end to end comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.





* Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
* Must have FINRA Series 7 license is required.
* Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Investment Consultant (CIC) strongly preferred.





* Minimum 5 years of client-facing wealth management, insurance or financial planning experience required.
* Current book of business with monthly sales goals attached

Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Must be a hardworking team player with a positive, can do attitude. Strong knowledge of and the ability to present investment, finance, insurance, and tax planning concepts. Proven time management and organizational skills in high volume, high energy environments. Highly effective communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills. Sales aptitude and experience is also essential. Strong track record that demonstrates exceptional ability to grow revenue, assets and client base Demonstrate a solid understanding of all legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines associated with state insurance and securities regulators, FINRA, and SEC.
