Our client is seeking an energetic, experienced Finance Analyst to join their Digital Transformation team. Be a key member of the US Digital Program Management team, owning, developing and executing all aspects of financial management of key projects for the client’s most exciting initiative.

Successful candidates will have PMO IT EXPERIENCE, finance and accounting experience and ideally have been a part of transformation initiatives such as implementing new systems. In this role you’ll establish key financial measures, processes and structure. You will partner with PARTNER PROVIDERS, Business, IT, Finance PMO and other areas to drive financial analysis, modeling and reporting. You will be part of a high-performing team and expected to lead and take ownership of your areas of responsibility. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to collaborate across multiple areas, explore and embrace opportunities for doing things in new ways, and will initiate improvements in a variety of work processes to increase efficiency.


Forecasting (entering into Clarity based on all partner provider inputs)
Budgeting (managing funding sources Reinvest, Assign Codes, Execution Codes, Project funding and approval requests)
Variance analysis and management
Work with other Finance Analysts/Managers within IT and partner organizations
Work with Project Managers, Program Managers and Program Leadership
Work with key stakeholders in areas of Overall Program, Planning, Budgeting & Financial Controls
Optimize end-to-end Finance and Risk processes
Identify, establish and improve financial controls and metrics
Establish and lead the monthly financial review
Analyze the monthly financial statements vs. budget, forecast and participate in monthly financial/operating reviews


Advanced Excel required with ability to turn data exports into analysis in Excel
Self-direct day to day activities to manage program financials with ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment (able to thrive in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervisor input)
7+ years of relevant experience, can be blend of education and experience
Bachelors in Business, Finance or Accounting
Thorough knowledge of financial concepts such as NPV, IRR, EVA, etc.
Advanced analytical skills and ability to distill complex analyses
Strong financial systems and business application knowledge (CLARITY is a plus)
Proven business partnering, influencing and presentation skills with willingness to drive communication with partners
Adept at prioritization (time management, managing multiple projects) and understanding sense of urgency
Must be able to apply process improvement and standardization, analytical approaches to create meaningful and measurable business impact
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at a high level
Strong service delivery and quality orientation
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Exposure to software development life-cycle and software engineering methodologies
IT or Technology organization experience is highly preferred
Insurance, annuities and asset management industry experience
Experienced in a matrixed organization preferred
Must have strong background in identifying a problem and providing a resolution, seeing it through to completion
