Pay Rate: Up to $51.00 per hour / Adecco W2

Duties: Financial Analyst
Our client’s team is looking for a Financial Analyst to help with quarter and accounting activities and ad-hoc analysis. **A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience and thorough knowledge with accounting and finance principles, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present financial analysis to management is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting the team with preparation, analysis and presentation of weekly and ad-hoc financial reports, as well as annual forecasts and PO management
- Liaise with internal business partners and external vendors to support order fulfillment activities
- Maintaining databases by entering, verifying, and monitoring data from multiple sources
- Engage in ad-hoc reconciliation activities by comparing and correcting data
- Actively involved in quarter-end accrual and reclassification activities
- Assist in building capacity planning and head count models
- Process Re-engineering

Skills Required:
-- High degree of proficiency in Excel required
- Tableau, SAP PD2, and FileMaker experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy is ESSENTIAL
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment and ability to be flexible and react with a sense of urgency to changes in schedules or direction
- - Passion for quality and attention to detail
- Strong work ethics

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required with five or more years professional experience
