Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                 

The Institutional Performance Report (IPR) is a performance measurement tool used by the field to perform the ‘client review’ process. This supporting document is produced in two phases; data gathering and report production. Both of these functions are facilitated by outside vendors. This Analyst will support the domestic branch network with inquiries related to these performance reports. This role is a liaison between the Financial Advisor (FA) and the vendors regarding any inquiry. Inquiries will be received by phone and e-mail. Primary responsibilities include the resolution of inquiries, quality assurance, support for the production of reports, and partnering with FA's for all of their reporting needs. 

 

Specific Duties:

  • Performance processes will be monitored and verified as appropriate with prompt resolution for all exception items
  • Frequent contact with branch office personnel required to research and to resolve performance data issues will exist
  • Specific responsibilities will include analyzing portfolio performance, quality checking the work performed by outside vendors, support and partnership with the FA community, and facilitating adjustments to the performance measurement system as needed
  • Additional responsibilities will include the testing of all systems enhancements and new development

 

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math or Statistics
  • This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently
  • Candidate will be expected to provide exceptional service to the branch offices
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to resolve performance issues
  • Develop a strong understanding of the fundamentals of performance
  • Requires strong statistical and mathematical abilities and PC skills
  • Prior experience providing customer service is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access a plus
  • Performance reporting knowledge
  • Finance, Math and/or statistics background
  • Strong customer service
  • Detailed and analytical
  • Strong team player
  • Good communicator
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task 

 

Shift Start/End Time:  9am – 5pm
