Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
The Finance Analyst II is responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis. You will prepare financial plans and forecasts based on performance expectations. This position gathers and published financial information related to historical, current and future performance. The Analyst also performs financial analysis utilizing appropriate financial concepts and techniques and recommends alternative courses of action.

Specific Duties:

Participate in the development of detailed financial forecasts incorporating historic, trended and current business information
Monitor functional and departmental spending versus budget by highlighting material variances using system generated detail and trend reports
Prepare journal entries and assist in month end close as needed to ensure proper accounting at the functional and departmental level
Prepare and distribute financial reports and packages by gathering and analyzing information related to current performance
Perform financial analysis, as directed by management, and recommend alternatives courses of action by utilizing appropriate financial tools
Prepare sensitivity analysis impact on revenue, expenses and profitability by modeling changes in key variables
Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements and the required action plan
Manage monthly sales reporting process which involves extracting sales data, tracings and adjustments.
Audit monthly sales statements before sending to the field


Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field
Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of related work experience with a basic understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
Intermediate skill sin MS PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
General knowledge of basic application of business concepts, procedures and practices.

You must have the education and experience to understand and comply with U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations (as applicable to your job function)
Attend all required Quality & Compliance training at the specified interval
Adopt the “Beyond Compliance Quality Culture” in the work environment; always meet and exceed requirements
Must practice verbatim compliance (exact compliance, no interpretation) with corporate Quality and Regulatory procedures (as applicable to your job function)
If your job description requires customer facing activities, you must thoroughly understand and comply with the Customer complaint reporting process and complaint procedures (as applicable to your job function)
Must be able to promptly report any non-compliance issues to Chief QA, RA, Compliance officer or appropriate administrator, including the Compliance Hotline
Must be competent with 21 CFR 820, 801, 803, 806 and any other applicable federal regulations, and Quality standards (as applicable to your job function)


Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions:

Responsible for understanding and conforming with the Environmental Policy to ensure that significant environmental aspects that relate dot actual or potential impacts with their work are executed to minimize the effects on the environment
Responsible for bringing to the attention of management any potential improvements that could reduce our environmental impact or to report activities that could result in a negative impact to the environment
Responsible for understanding and conforming with the Health and Safety Policy to ensure that the significant risks that relate to actual or potential hazards with their work are identified


Shift Start/End Time: 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday
