Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with commercial metrics utilizing Tableau and Salesforce. Position will also assist with R&D budget, forecast, and reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
• Analyze data and provide management reporting on results.
• Work with Sales Managers to monitor business performance and create ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Work with IT to ensure Tableau data is correct and enhance existing processes.
• Create Tableau dashboards for management reporting.
• Work with R&D business partners to create 2019 AOP including headcount, project spend, and OPEX.
• Work with business partners to understand key drivers and enhance financial modeling and forecast accuracy.
• Leverage solid Excel and financial modeling skills to develop and maintain financial models used in reporting, analysis and financial forecasting
• Learn BPC – our financial budgeting and reporting tool. Leverage and enhance existing templates for monthly reporting
• Perform variety of tasks and ad-hoc analysis, as necessary

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Five years of experience, with increasing responsibility within the Finance organization. Biotechnology/Medical Device industry experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of GAAP; high level of business acumen; highly motivated and dedicated individual.
•Commission Analysis experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; well organized, detail oriented; strong oral and written communication skills; effective problem solver with creative solutions.
• Tableau or similar BI tool experience a must.
• Must have Strong systems skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience leveraging ERP (SAP, Oracle) and FPM (Hyperion, Cognos) systems to their fullest
