Responsibilities for these Administrative Assistant jobs include:

 

* Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.

* Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.

* Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • 1 + years of Administrative Experience Required with emphasis in financial or collections
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screenings including a credit check

 

Pay for this position is $11.00/hour
