We’re recruiting for a Financial Planning Associate with a premier financial services organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. SUMMARY:

The Financial Planning Associate is part of the Home Office Financial Services team, responsible for initiating comprehensive financial plans, risk and investment proposals, and documents for Financial Representatives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:

Reviews Work Requests for completeness and complexity.

Identifies and resolves not in good order (NIGO).

Accurately analyzes and transfers data from multiple inputs into a single source.

Participates in daily huddles.

Identifies, experiments and solutions improvement opportunities.

Maintains confidentiality of clients’ financial information.

 

Requirements Include:

 

3+ (recent) years of banking, insurance and/ or finance experience.

This position has been classified as an Associated Person under NMIS guidelines.

Some college education preferred or equivalent experience in the financial services industry.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills.

Strong data entry skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to follow standard procedures.

Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Professional acumen when communicating with Field and the Financial Services team.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, when required.

Ability to adapt quickly in a continuous improvement environment.

Previous experience in a multi-system, dual-monitor data entry environment.

Maintains confidentiality of clients’ financial information.

 

Preferred Requirements:

College degree in business or finance/accounting course work or equivalent work experience.

Experience in a continuous learning and improvement (CL&I) work environment.
