Enterprise Risk Management helps OUR CLIENT build organizational capability in managing risk on a more integrated and
comprehensive basis and for promoting a strong risk culture within OUR CLIENT. The group is accountable for the development and implementation of OUR CLIENT's risk management strategy, including related governance, policies, practices, and reporting.


Candidates must be able to 1. Tell a story in writing very well in reporting and writing those reports; Complex risk and governance exposure. Ability to write well to translate in reports to the senior board 2. Must know stress testing / AML/ a risk mind set would be welcomed


Candidate will assist the Director in the development and execution of methodologies to aggregate and assess risks identified through ERM's Risk Identification program. This includes gathering and analyzing risk data to develop business insights and generally involves the use of a broad range of data visualization tools. The job requires flexibility and adaptability, as other activities related to risk reporting will be assigned from time to time by the Director.

Key Duties

Contribute to the development and execution of Risk Identification aggregation methodologies
Contribute to updates to procedure and process documents related to risk aggregation and measurement
Supports processes to enhance Risk identification reporting, including streamlining processes and use of data visualization tools
Provide technical expertise across a broad range of data analysis tools including data visualization, report design, and other specialized data management functions to support ERM programs.
Other activities related to the above and assigned to the position from time to time by the Director, Enterprise Risk Management.
Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite
Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest


MUST HAVE:
Experience:
- Undergraduate degree required
- 2 to 4 years' experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, or others)
- Process design and analysis skills
- Conceptual and practical thinking and implementation skills
- Confidence and ability to uphold standards and influence partners
- Interpersonal skills to work with several business lines for risk reporting as well as senior members of Risk Management
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
- Research, analysis and judgement skills
- Initiative and relationship building and facilitation skills
Experience in analyzing risk results and presenting key outcomes
- Understanding of the US risk regulatory environment
