Finished Product Specialist opening will assist customers/reps/internal staff with finished product orders and technical questions on both finished product and decorative hardware. Will be answering calls and emails, quote pricing, place orders and check order status. Follow up on fabric receiving and shipment of finished product, update spreadsheets and computer on all actions on orders. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrate leadership skills, High school diploma or GED, At least 2 years of previous customer service experience, computer 10-key skills, Good math and organizational skills, previous experience using Outlook, Word, and excel. Must be self-motivated, well organized and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Superb interpersonal skills, work effectively with others, able to handle stress in a high-volume office, type 45 words per minute.
