Fire Protection Service

We are seeking a dynamic Service and Inspections Division Coordinator to join our Fire Protection Department. Primary duties to include (but not limited to): performing clerical office support in various tasks including handling correspondence, answering phones, filing, providing excellent customer to clients, process A/P and invoices (monthly reconciliation) for department, populating work in progress reports, handling Collections calls, scheduling of service/Inspections work, handling services contracts, processing weekly time cards and providing support to division manager and fire sprinkler department as needed.

Skills and qualifications

At least 2 years secretarial/administrative experience

Strong customer service skills

Excellent telephone skills

Good problem solving skills

Internal drive to work independently in an organized manner to prioritize and produce accurate work

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work with a diverse workforce
