Fleet Response Specialist

Pay Rate:  $22/hr.

Shifts: Must be flexible:

             AM Shift Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm cst

            PM Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 12:30am cst

            ML Shift Hours: 11:30pm – 8:30am cst

 

Job Description

Responsible for supporting self-driving vehicles in autonomous mode for six to eight hours per day, including analyzing data and providing feedback. Our team has developed a strong team culture of safety, professionalism and personal responsibility; we expect all team members to adhere to team standards of conduct.

Summary of Primary Duties:

  • Assess and analyze real world and simulated situations to support vehicle operations
  • Can adapt easily to new systems and enjoys working on cutting-edge technology
  • Pay close attention to small visual details and audio prompts that may impact self-driving car behavior  
  • Respond quickly to changing and potentially high-pressure environments
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time focusing on a computer screen

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Valid driver license for the state in which the Fleet Responses Specialist will be working
  • Minimum of 5 years of driving experience but additional experience is preferred
  • Comply with the company’s zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol or drugs
  • Able to work either early mornings, evenings and/or weekends, as well as overnight shifts
  • Self-starter with creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must be able to type at least 40 wpm
