Adecco Hospitality is looking to add a friendly, passionate Front of House Supervisor to our team. We staff for a high-volume Caffe that services a 30+ acre campus for the most successful technology company in Austin, crafting daily menus that draw upon every ounce of their collective skill and creativity. All shifts are Monday - Friday daytime schedules. This full-time position will support FOH activities and oversee a dedicated team that juggles a number of daily operational and services tasks.


Service duties and expectations: Supports baristas and floor attendants as needed Monitors cleaning and stocking of caffe, communicating needs with floor attendants as needed Monitors kiosks to ensure app is working properly throughout services Remains visible for customers with questions or experiencing app issues Voids orders when necessary, communicating issues with kitchen managers Fixes app issues whenever able; passes along serious app issues to admin team when necessary Solves problems whenever able; passes along feedback to management when necessaryv Constant Expectations Continuously mindful of overall appearance of caffe, espresso bars, and juice bar, communicating standards and procedures to the team and reporting any recurring issues to FOH manager.


Provides ongoing coaching and follow-up for baristas and floor attendants Communicates attendance, personnel and equipment issues, and refunds via daily closing reports Oversees daily operation of caffe, espresso bars, and juice bar, communicating any issues or concerns with appropriate team as needed Maintains lines of communication between FOH team, management, maintenance/facilities, and fellow leads/ supervisors Updates menu items throughout the day to ensure proper availability in app Maintains and updates FOH tools, resources, and training manuals Organizes training plan, following through to ensure proper training and timely completion Maintains contingency plans for "worse case scenario" - trouble with app, call-outs, etc Delegates tasks to ensure proper planning, setup, operation, and breakdown of special events and beer bashes Our ideal candidate is someone who: Provides excellent customer service and maintains a professional presentation Has excellent time management skills and has been responsible for inventory in previous roles Has previous coffee experience and will be dedicated to maintaining high standards on that team Is comfortable leading a team, providing on-the-spot skills coaching, and encouraging high levels of performance from each team member.
