Pay Rate: $20.00
Contract: 40 Hours per week
Hours/Shift: 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday




Responsibilities:


To ensure prompt regional enablement of our Client's Legacy Ingredient Spec Update project (LiSU), provides direct ingredient and formula specification, supplier, and document management system administration and business process support and training to product developers, PD teams, R&D disciplines, and other cross-functional partners (including the LiSU spec-writing team, operations, product supply, marketing, and manufacturing facilities).
Provides analysis, assessment, and recommendations to business partners. Ensures consistent data management and document distribution practices across our Client’s snack portfolio focusing on LiSU.




The incumbent will:
• Provide customer consultations and support for specification and documentation applications and related projects.
• Provide basic classroom and 1:1 customer training for new and existing users.
• By providing data, queries, and background data, work with cross-functional groups, including LiSU, Supply Chain, Operations, and Co-Pack, on special projects.
• Raise flags if remote locations (Canada) are not adhering to PQP standards (e.g., templates, lifecycle and versioning protocols, and document types).
• Perform system testing for sustain releases for corrections and enhancements related to LiSU issues.
• Identify system, product, and process issues and assist, as needed, with resolution.

Required:
• Educational Experience: Bachelor’s degree with related experience.
• Passable proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and SKYPE for Business.
• Food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry experience/database management (i.e., Xspec, Documentum, ProductVision).
