Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Foreclosure Coordinator role in Las Vegas, NV.

Pay Rate: $20/hour

JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have the ability to be resourceful and possess strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills. Our ideal candidate will have title officer and/or timeshare experience.

Job Summary: The Foreclosure Coordinator provides high level of service to internal and external clients for timeshare foreclosure transactions.
-Prepares and reviews foreclosure related documents
-Reviews real property conveyance and encumbrance documents -Searched and reviews bankruptcy matters
-Communicates with clients regarding foreclosure matters
-Determines fees/costs and calculations for client payments Candidate must clear background prior to starting assignment Temp to Perm opportunity

Skills: -1+ years foreclosure experience
-1+ years title searching and examining experience -Must know what a Grant Deed does
-2+ years real estate and/or legal experience is desired -Knowledge of vacation ownership industry a plus
-50 WPM minimum typing speed
-Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred
-Experience with FAST or DataTrace a plus Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required
- read, write, speak Ability to Multi-Task Strong attention to detail
