Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Job Title: Fraud Analyst II
Shift: Sun- Thurs 12:30PM to 9:00PM and/or Tues- Sat 12:30PM to 9:00PM
Location: Newark, DE
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

Description/Requirements

The Fraud Analyst II reviews customer credit card accounts for the prevention and detection of possible Fraud.
Responsible for more involved research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type.
Will complete inbound credit card calls and take appropriate action based on transaction characteristics of greater complexity. Assesses the level of risk and makes decisions which directly impact the customer experience and risk to the bank.
Reviews and analyzes accounts and customer situations that may require differentiated treatment or specialized resolution.
Experience is gained through training, following established procedures and guidelines and research utilizing multiple systems and tools
Required to be on the assignment for the required hours as specified in the job description.
Forty hours per week is the expectation in the absence of specified hours.
Attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position
Must have one year call center experience/ phone experience- previous fraud is preferred but not required

Must complete Customer Service Test and score 85% or better to be considered
