Fraud Specialist

The Fraud Client Services Representative reviews customer accounts for the prevention and detection of possible Fraud. Responsible for more involved research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type. The incumbent will complete inbound and outbound calls and take appropriate action based on transaction characteristics of greater complexity. The incumbent may perform back office functions related to research and resolution of fraudulent activity and service support. Assesses the level of risk and makes decisions which directly impact the customer experience and risk to company.

2-4 years of call center
Prior experience analyzing and applying regulatory requirement to compliance practices
Working knowledge of various bank card systems
Basic understanding of credit lending
Ability to differentiate money laundering activity versus fraudulent activity
Basic understanding of fraud claims
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

2-5 Years of Fraud Detection or Fraud Claims experienc
College degree or commensurate work experience preferred
Knowledge of banking operations
Knowledge of fraud systems applications

Starting 04/22/2019 - 1 year contract

Work Hours (must be able to work either 3 different shift)
Sat, Mon, Tues, Fri 11:30am - 10pm
Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds, Thur 1:30pm - 10pm
Sat, Tues, Weds, Thur, Fri 1:30pm - 10pm

Pay rate is $18.00+ (MUST have 2 years of call center)
