Front Desk HR


The HR Administrative Assistant will serve as the front desk liaison to provide HR support to our Team Members and HR Staff; as well as perform administrative tasks and services to maintain effective and efficient operations of the HR Department.


Position Summary:

Reporting to the HRBP Leader, the Administrative Assistant will work with the HR Staff to proactively & strategically manage all office administration. They will serve as an HR liaison for Team Members to connect them with the appropriate resource/s by providing exceptional customer service within a busy, fast-paced office environment.


This role requires outstanding resourcefulness, superior attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with staff and customers is imperative. The ability to display situational adaptability is required.


Additionally, the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the team is essential.


The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple complex calendars, while providing excellent customer service.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Act as the first point of contact for the HR department; answer and direct Team Member questions relative to company policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to the appropriate HR staff or leadership. Schedule appointments as appropriate.
