Pay rate: $16.50

Length of assignment: 8 month minimum

Schedule: Monday-Friday with one week day off, must work most Saturdays

 

Description:

Adecco is assisting a national account in their search for a friendly Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team! This is a temporary assignment that is expected to go until November but could become permanent for the right individual.

 

This company is one of the largest camera equipment rental facilities in the United States. Benefits include: ability to take out up to $7,500 worth of equipment to borrow on the weekends, and catered lunch every Wednesday. Complimentary snack and beverage bar.

 

The Front Desk Customer Service department interfaces with clients, and work closely

with every department to handle each step of the customers rental experience.

This position requires the representative to have a high retention rate, a lust for

details, and strong grammatical skills. They must be able to communicate calmly when

handling difficult customers, have the ability to multitask 3 or more projects, and assist

customers with equipment recommendations and troubleshooting.

 

Responsibilities:

-Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers

-Preparing and returning orders for clients

-Knowing all of the company policies

-Troubleshooting equipment problems, and general account issues

-Recommending appropriate gear based on the customers needs

-Will be required to work the Saturday shift (having one day off during the week)

 

Experience and Qualifications

-Previous customer service / retail experience

-Basic computing skills

-Able to multitask

-Must have interest in photographic or video equipment

-Bachelors degree or equivalent photography/videography experience is a plus
