Good news! We're now hiring for a Front Desk-Sales Assistant to work on the east side of Grimes. This position is 40hrs/week from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. In this role you'll answer phones, help customers with questions as well as general office duties. There is also an opportunity to work with customers in person as they visit the showroom.

Here are some of the responsibilities you'll have:

  • Answer telephone calls
  • Assist walk-in clients and customers with product selection
  • Verify availability and location of product in the Warehouse
  • Post updates to social media sites
  • Enter potential new customers as the inquiry occurs
  • Proficient in Outlook and researching Internet based information

These are the qualities we're looking for in an Front Desk - Sales Assistant:

  • 1-3 years of administrative/office experience
  •  Ability to provide and encourage outstanding customer service
  •  Experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  •  Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills
