Seeking Production Workers for industry leading machine shop in Fort Collins. These positions are entry level roles into the metal-working and machining field, with extensive training provided. Production Workers report to the machine shop supervisors and are responsible for parts/raw materials distribution to the departments on a work order, helping keep work and materials flowing through the shop.

Production Workers also operate manual machines (manual lathes, broaches, grinders) and pneumatic tools to finish parts after machining. Production Workers are trained to inspect and debur metal parts using fine tools such as files, picks and boroscopes, paying close attention to detail, down to thousandths and ten thousandths of an inch. The position works under close supervision, limited decision-making and limited contact with external suppliers or customers.

These positions require flexibility between shifts, and a 3rd shift teammate in particular is needed.
