Fulfillment Associate

Adecco is assisting local client recruiting for a Fulfillment Associate in South San Francisco, CA. This Fulfillment Associate job is a contract position with the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee role based upon performance!

The Fulfillment Team is responsible for the timely processing and shipping of all clinical orders as well as the maintenance of the warehouse and inventory at HQ. As a Fulfillment Associate you will work with your direct team and cross-functionally with other teams such as Customer Support, Commercial, and Marketing. Responsibilities for the Fulfillment Associate job include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for processing and shipping bulk clinical orders.
  • Packs, ships, and receives patient and clinic kit materials.
  • Fulfill all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Verifies accuracy of shipped goods against pick tickets, invoices or other records.
  • Places orders for collateral/marketing material through partnered vendors.
  • Maintains records of goods shipped.
  • Performs physical count of kit inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer generated reports.
  • Coordination with the account executive and customer success teams about pending orders and issues.
  • Monitors and reorders shipping material inventory.
  • Maintains a clean working environment.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Fulfillment Associate job:

  • High school diploma or GED required and at least 1-2 year of inventory or production control, and/or warehouse experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified


  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 4-6 hours
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear, concise
  • manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Office 365 Apps (including Excel, Word) and Mac OS X
  • Comfortable utilizing new software
  • Have a “can do” attitude and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while
  • maintaining attention to detail
