Location: Alpharetta, GA
Duration: 3 months - Contract to-Hire
Pay rate: $22.25 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8Am-5PM)


Job Description/Requirements:

The Fulfillment Analyst (Custom) designs and codes data processing systems which manipulate input data and combine it with data mined from our Client’s consumer database to produce customized output as defined by customer specifications.
This person is accountable for overseeing the processing and delivery of quality output, assuring on time project completion and superior customer service.
He/she will work in a collaborative team environment to achieve these results.

•On call 24x7 to support active projects

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
•Own and monitor the project lifecycle of customer orders from development to delivery with the goal of delivering outstanding satisfaction.
•Process multiple, complex data input files ensuring 100% accuracy and on time delivery.
•Analyze project complexities and project level of effort to provide timeframe estimates.
•Collaborate with peers and other departments to determine project requirements and negotiate delivery timeframes.
•Program and modify computer code (JCL, XML, SAS, DataStage, other) to perform data manipulation in the most efficient manner possible.
•Analyze and verify code and processing results to ensure compliance with project specifications.
•Analyze and resolve processing issues to ensure on-time, quality product delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Convey problems, solutions, and updates on projects and their statuses to peers.

EXPERIENCE
•Desirable: Previous experience in order management and fulfillment and/or programming.
•Desirable: Previous experience in credit or related industry
•Desirable: DataStage, ETL and SAS

KNOWLEDGE
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Desirable: Knowledge of the consumer credit file
•Desirable: Knowledge of financial services, auto, insurance and telco products
•Desirable: Knowledge of electronic file transmission (FTP, SFTP, CD, other
