Full Charge Bookkeeper

Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Prepare monthly reconciliations
Prepare financial reports
Assist in preparation of the annual financial audit
Answer phones, taking messages and other administrative support duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must have experience with QuickBooks accounting software
Associate’s in Accounting with 7yrs accounting experience or 15yrs experience in similar position
Exhibits high degree of professionalism when interacting with internal and external customer/clients.
Able to work independently
Strong analytical thinking skills and a dedicated work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks
Detail oriented.
5 year + of corporate or public accounting experience and professional services experience preferred
