Adecco is currently working with Chico's FAS, a leading national retailer of Women's Fashion, to immediately fill Part Time Customer Service jobs in Winder, GA. This is a temp to hire opportunity!

Top Performing Associates will have the opportunity to join the Chico's FAS Team after a 30-day review of performance. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and live chat functions to sell/up-sell company products, track order shipments and apply customer coupons/discounts using company resources as well as policies and procedures to complete and manage inquiries.

Our next training class in Winder starts Monday ,April 29, 2019. Schedules will vary at approximately 15-40 hours per week. Your availability along with your schedule preference will discussed during the interview process. All schedules do require that you be available for either a Saturday or Sunday shift and coverage needs to be in the afternoon and evening hours.

Responsibilities for this Call Center - Customer Service job include:

*Identify and handle customer phone, email, and live chat inquiries completely and accurately
* Resolve customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer either over the phone, via email, and/or the live chat function
* Use customer service and sales skills to optimize the opportunity of each customer contact
* Educate the customer about the products and services
* Complete necessary documentations to manage customer complaints, uses and subsequent solutions
* Maximize opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell company products and services
* Maintain accurate customer data including documentation of discussions, issues, customer requests or other relevant information into contact center systems as required


* Two years of sales / customer service experience (retail a plus)
* High school diploma or GED
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products
* Ability to work flex schedule to meet business needs, including night and weekends
* Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Excellent detail orientation, with the ability to learn and follow policies and procedures correctly


The pay rate for this position starts at $12.00 an hour. Increases are based on performance and attendance.
