Adecco is urgently seeking a Fund Operations Manager to support the Global Investment Management group of a large Fortune 500 client. This position is located in Madison, NJ and is a 1 year contract position.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing 1 other accounting professional/fund administrator and other outside vendors

• Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of quarterly and annual financial statements for a Real Estate Investment Fund

• Reviewing and timely delivery of quarterly fund analytics and reporting

• Responsible for portfolio level debt oversight

• Responsible for coordinating the valuations process with Asset Managers, internal valuations team and external vendors

• Reviewing timely and accurate quarterly data submission to various industry organizations and consultants

• Interacting with Portfolio and Asset Managers in on-going operational matters

• Reviewing models to calculate partner splits as it relates to partnerships investments and similar financial calculations

• Reviewing accounting for real estate transactions including buyouts and conversions

• Participating in interactions with Real Estate Legal, Transactions and Valuations staff on investments

• Reviewing accuracy of management and incentive fees

• Assisting in the various audits with internal and external auditors

• Assisting in managing and completing multiple processes within tight deadlines while responding to various requests from many parties

• Participating in various training classes for Operations or cross functional groups - such as accounting for complex deal structures, record keeping within certain systems, and/or the rolling out of new or changes to existing processes

• The Manager will also be called upon to assist in special projects related to systems implementation that involve property/portfolio data, establishment of new or redesigned portfolios, and major Enterprise initiatives

Requirements include:
- Prior experience in brokerage or investment processes.
- Position may require basic knowledge in one or more the following: Compliance, Anti-money laundering, Trust, Annuities, Wire Transfers, Trades or other aspects of brokerage/investment business.
- Min 4-5 yrs experience.

Pay Rate: $54.15 per hour
Work Week: 40 hours
