* Must have furniture installation experience


Job Summary: Unload, stage, and remove packaging from deliveries. Install all aspects of a typical private office and a typical workstation, including but not limited to, panel trim, electrical connectors and receptacles. Complete wipe down and other cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:
 Effectively communicate with supervisor and co-workers.
 Follow all safety regulations and use necessary judgment to prevent injuries to self and others, and avoid damaging building properties or furniture product.
 Work with little supervision within a team environment to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
 Install panel trim, electrical connectors and receptacles.
 Perform project wipe down and other cleaning duties.
 Properly breakdown and load a trash truck.
 Complete any reasonable task as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Accountabilities:
All assigned tasks performed correctly and efficiently. Work area is always maintained in a neat and orderly fashion. Always projects a positive image of Commercial Services through appearance standards and
personal actions to clients and other crew members. Punctual and dependable.

Qualification Standards:
 Completion of previous installer level requirements or previous experience in a related field.
 Schedule availability must be flexible for any time including early morning, late night, weekends and overnight travel.
 Must have and maintain valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
 Reads and understands maps and driving directions.
 Ability to accurately follow oral and written directions and instructions in English.
 Stands, bends, stoops, kneels, and reaches above head during entire shift.
 Lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and moves up to 50 pounds constantly throughout the day.
 Works in and during all weather including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow.
 Possess and properly utilize tools according to Commercial Services Tool List.
 Ability to read and understand panel prints, electrical prints, component prints, and elevation prints.
 Ability to read and understand punch lists and punch list blueprints, determine punch issues and take corrective action


Installer II



 Ability to properly perform the following installation duties with little or no supervision:
o Install panels (any system), level and straighten
o Install electrical base feeds and top feeds (including ceiling tile cuts)
o Install all components (any system)
o Install and check lock plugs and keys
o Install freestanding furniture (any system)
o Install wall mounts
 Ability to provide supervision for truck unloads properly utilizing Commercial Services specified unload equipment (carts, dollies, ramps, protection, etc.) and provide project supervisor with pertinent truck information
 Ability to properly use small hand tools to perform mid-range installation procedures (cut top caps, cut grommets, use toggles)
 Ability to complete receiving paperwork (circle sheets, bill of lading, etc.)
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, typically 8:30am to 5:30pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Work Volume varies from week to week, while we make every possible effort to assign everyone 40 hours, some weeks work schedules may exceed 40 hours, some weeks work schedules may be less than 40 hours.
