Responsibilities for the Office Assistant may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering phones – customer service skills
  • Processing and tracking orders
  • Data entry
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets


General Office Assistant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 2+ yrs experience in general office role
  • Data entry skills
  • Great customer service attitude


Hours will be 20 hours per week – preferred days - Mon/Wed/Fri

Long term position for now

Pay is $15 hr.
