Responsibilities for Sales Assistant job include, but are not limited to:

Additional Details:

•Strong knowledge of processing airway bills for national and international shipments with three main couriers, FedEx, DHL and UPS. International shipments may require generating export documentation (SEDs)

• Handle incoming calls and correspondence

• Keep customers informed on order status and delivery details

• Maintain filing systems

• Purchase supplies

• Greet visitor and maintain conference room supplies

Other duties as assigned. Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.

Proven experience processing airway bills and documentation for international shipments

• High school diploma required, with some college coursework preferred

• Able to deal with customer issues in a supportive manner

• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both in writing and in speech

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Knowledge of ERP system is helpful

Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 HR

Shift/Hours: 8A – 5P
