Job Title: Paint Line Handler
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Loading, transferring, unloading, and packaging of parts on and/or from paint line
• Visually inspect quality of parts before and after finishing process
• Operate burn-off equipment to strip parts and racks
• Apply powder with handguns and basic maintenance of spray guns and paint equipment
• Clean washers, screens, and tanks as needed
• Exchange and break down racks and prepare for burn-off
• Maintain proper counts and report all scrap
• Perform stock handling duties as required
• Operate hoists/lifts to move and/or transfer parts
• Participate in and support lean activities as defined in the standard
• Maintain proper housekeeping for work station or zone
• Job rotation is required, where applicable
• Perform job duties at or below labor grade
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Work mandatory overtime as required
• May be required to work on different shifts

Education / Experience / Skill Requirements
• Basic reading and math skills
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements
• There are multiple individual jobs covered by this job description with varying physical requirements. May be required to lift or carry materials of various sizes and weights.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift
