Contract Length: 6 months+
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:


Handling questions via email and telephone addressing vendor setup, tax forms and banking, and payment related issues, as well as policy, procedure, system access, and tool usage questions. Reporting/escalating issues through the appropriate channels.
This position requires experience using a user support tool, categorization of issues, managing a queue, reallocating tickets, excellent problem solving skills, ability to navigate through ambiguous issues, ability to work quickly with great accuracy, passion for constant improvement, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
SAP experience in Accounts Payable preferred
Obsession with customer service
Pro-active individual who is detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized
Ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple priorities



Shift Start/End Time: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)
