Position: Global Shipping Program Specialist
Location: Salt Lake City UT 84020
W2 Contract: 6+ months (possible extension up to 24 months)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

SUMMARY:

The Global Shipping Program Specialist will make outbound calls and handle inbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, customer retention, and loss reduction for the ecommerce Global Shipping Program.

Work with ecommerce Sellers on loss reduction, retention, and improving Buyer experiences
Will need to understand ecommerce client’s top sellers and the way their business interacts with client’s platform
Directly responsible for driving reduction of losses with the Global Shipping Program and Cross Border Trade Outreach

The successful candidate will be required to ramp up quickly on client’s customer information system along with basic knowledge of company, services, and products. Additionally, the candidate will also need to understand the process of the Global Shipping Program and be recognized as a subject matter expert to assist Sellers in maximizing their growth and sales

Required ability to understand seller barriers to adoption and address them through consultative selling
Responsibilities includes answering seller questions, explaining available services, correcting errors, providing information on service charges etc.
Required ability to proactively learn client’s customer facing tools, and act as a consultant for efficient use of these tools

The successful candidate needs to quickly be an expert in using client’s customer support processes and policies tin order to:


Troubleshoot seller complaints with their account, listings or with using the Global Shipping Program
Efficiently record relevant customer interactions in client’s CRM and other systems
Report and escalate high-impacting issues through the appropriate channels


Expected Competencies


High volume cold-calling experience
1 – 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or within Inside Sales
Ability to nurture and develop strong relationship with customer/partners
Excellent problem-solving skills:

Ability to understand and address seller concerns to adoption
Ability to soft-sell the service while problem solving for the seller


Exceptional verbal communication and presentations skills:

Excellent written skills and highly articulate


Results oriented and has demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets:

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual


High comfort with using CRM tools
Excellent as individual contributor or collaborate across cross-functional teams
Prior ecommerce or online marketplace experience is preferred
SAAS
A team player, positive and a “can do” attitude
Internet product/software knowledge
