Adecco in Brunswick, GA is looking for a recruiter to help us get the word out about employment opportunities to the local community and surrounding areas.

The Grassroots Recruiter job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Attend job fairs in the community as well as onsite in our office to drive applicants

- Build positive working partnerships in the community with local businesses, colleges and community assistance programs

- Place yard signs strategically throughout the city and surrounding areas to drive applicant flow

- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for temporary, temporary to hire or direct hire opportunities.

- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.

- Leverage resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking and local media resources.

- Facilitate Adecco-specific on-boarding process.

- Facilitate client- specific on-boarding, documents, screening and testing.

-Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.

- Important Recruiter Skills Computer Skills, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, and Good Judgment

Qualifications for a Recruiter are:

- Reliable transportation

- Dependable and trustworthy to work independently

- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required.

- 6 months or more of Clerical/Data Enter experience.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required.

- Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner.

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.

- Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.

- Flexible hours and weekend availability

- Applicants to this position that are bilingual in English and Spanish are preferred, but not required!

Requirements for Recruiter are:

- High School diploma or GED

- Must be 18 years of age or older
