In this role, you will be providing technical phone, email and chat support for proprietary software on multiple devices and platforms.

- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
- Individual must be customer focused and have a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent computer and written/verbal communications skills
- Be intuitive; have great follow through skills as well as hardware/software troubleshooting abilities
- Must be able to deal effectively with all types of internal/external customers

- 1-2 years of customer service and technical support in a call center environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available to work between 8 am - 8 pm Monday - Sunday.
- High School Degree/GED Required, Bachelors preferred
- Must be willing to commute to work on-site in Lexington, KY
