Help Desk Associate

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an IT Help Desk in San Diego CA!

Type: Full time (40 hours / week) contract ( but if right fit possible hire)

Length: LONG TERM 5-7 months

Shift Start/End Time:
Monday through Friday 8-5
Pay: $24-25HR

Description: Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware and software. Responsible for day to day operations of Help Desk and some analysis on call volume. Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems. Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up.

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F
