Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Call Center Representative in Ewing, NJ. This is long-term temporary assignment opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. Successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, personable over the phone, must be well-versed in computer systems, troubleshooting, and network functions. Candidate should be reliable, and able to provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate - $15.50 (during training) -- $16.50 per hour (Post training)

Responsibilities for this Call Center Representative job include:

• Must have previous Customer Service experience in a fast paced (technical), high volume Inbound Call Center environment.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or other customer data/case management software system desired.
• Demonstrate professionalism and patience in troubleshooting with technical issues
• Utilize MS Excel 2013 to replicate, revolve and/or escalate caller’s issues
• Utilize Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) to document all customer interactions.
• Achieve individual performance metrics and goals including, but not limited to, attendance, schedule compliance, adherence to working shift, use of OSC, quality, email rate per hour (RPH), average handling time (AHT), and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with special emphasis on maintaining a positive customer service attitude.

• One-year inbound call center experience working in a technical/troubleshooting environment
• Proficiency in Outlook and use of heavy MS Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Time Management skills
