Help Desk Technician

Adecco, in partnership with a local leading organization, is currently seeking an experienced IT Technician - Helpdesk Support Technician in Cheyenne, WY, for a full time opportunity. In this role the IT Technicians assist colleagues with equipment set up and password resets, diagnose computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs. Responsibilities for an IT Technician include but are not limited to the following:

*Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
*Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
*Verify functionality of hardware and software components
*Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely and via phone
*Conduct daily network backup operations

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Associate's degree in IT/IM discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in an IT support role.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT certification is a plus
• Excellent Customer Service

We have a full time opening for Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Pay for this position is $20-25.00/hr, depending on experience. This is a long term temporary opportunity for an undetermined length of time.
