We are currently recruiting for Help Desk/Tech Support position starting Monday, December 11th, answering, evaluating and prioritizing incoming requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, password resets and other computer related technologies. Handle problem recognition, research and follow up. This is a long term, temporary position with the potential to go thru January.

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Typing and data entry accuracy
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain high quality, adherence and productivity
- Strong aptitude for computer technology, terminology and navigating thru computer systems
- Minimum 6 months call center experience
- The ability to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7 AM and 11 PM

- High School diploma or GED
