POSITION: Helpdesk Coordinator  
LOCATION:  Greensboro, NC

HOURS: Full-time; M-F
DURATION: 4 -  Months, with potential to extend or go permanent
PAY: DOE

 

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Reports directly to the Shift Supervisor. The person in this function works as a team member to ensure that all problems of transport continuity are dealt with by all parties in such a way that the requester and its customers continue to use Client in future instances.

 

Essential Functions

1. Perform proper data entry per the job functions.

2. Perform online inbound Credit card functions.

3. Perform inbound ComCheck functions.

4. Perform proper data base searches for dealers, repair facilities, etc.

5. Ensure that all required computer including Internet and phone system interactions are fulfilled.

6. Ensure promises made to callers are fulfilled to their satisfaction.

7. Ensure that all customer interactions are according to the available working procedures.

8. Provide technical specification and/or warranty information assistance to repairing partners and customers.

9. Provide parts assistance to repairing partners and customers.

10. Handle all complaints during coordination.

11. Actively participate in the constant development of the team including its working procedures and its working environment. 12. Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate individuals and/or groups to ensure success in daily activities.

1. This function requires strong data entry & computer skills.

2. This function requires strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

3. This function requires strong interpersonal skills.

4. This function requires excellent negotiating skills supported by strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. This function requires innovative problem solving, research and analytical skills.

6. Automotive associate’s degree is preferred or automotive/heavy duty diesel repair experience
