Title: Help Desk Specialist 

Location: Alpharetta GA

Pay rate: 16.60$/hr

Shift: The Helpdesk is open 8am - 8pm, Monday through Friday. Training will be from 9am - 4pm for the first 5 weeks (2 weeks of classroom style training, then 2-3 weeks of job shadowing with the team). We have various shifts to fill: 11am - 8pm, 8am - 5:00pm, 9am - 6pm--we especially need candidates that can work the 11am to 8pm shift. Shift will be assigned by company, based on business need and call volume. They like to rotate the shifts as well, so that not one person is stuck always working the late shift, so flexibility from 8am - 8pm will be key.

Duration: 12 months 

 

Job Description: 

  • Must have good general customer service, phone, computer and technical support skills. 1+ years prior Technical Support/Helpdesk experience.
  • Internet savvy (knows how to delete cookies, etc.).
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, multitask environment is a must.
  • Must be able to demonstrate initiative, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

 

Responsibilities:

  • These specialists will serve as the front line support for ePort related phone calls and emails, (ePort is an Equifax product.)
  • The specialist will also be required to work on departmental projects as needed.
  • The specialist may also be required to assist with compiling/tracking departmental metrics as needed.
  • Additional Information: bilingual with Spanish as a second language is a plus.
  • Hours: The Helpdesk is open 8am - 8pm, Monday through Friday.
