Responsibilities for an HR Administrative Support include but are not limited to the following:

  • Strong customer service – support associates with questions, assist associates with password re-sets, liaison for associates and management, knowledgeable on all aspects of the company, Up to date on new policies/procedures, etc.
  • Strong computer skills for spreadsheets, work processing, database management, and other applications.
  • General Clerical Support – presentations, data entry, reporting, compose/type/distribute meeting notes, projects, meeting coordination, answering telephones, give information to callers, take messages, transfers calls to appropriate individual/area, and retirement certificates, etc.
  • Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Update department/plant bulletin board posting.
  • Order and maintain office supplies for department.
  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.


Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are a MUST.
  • Must have strong organizational, written and communication skills.
  • Excellent quality of work and accuracy.
  • Ability to explain basic policies and procedures.
  • Be able to multi-task and self-motivating.
  • Position success requires strengths in the areas of confidentiality and accuracy of work.
  • 2-5 years in office environment.
  • High School Diploma

Hours:  Monday – Friday – hours vary between 5:30am – 2:30pm and/or 8:30am to 5:00pm (on a rotating schedule).

Pay: $14.50-$15.50/hr (depending on experience), plus overtime as needed.
