Adecco is currently assisting a local client hire an Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendants in Santa Clara, CA. This assignment is a temporary-to-perm assignment. Room Attendants/Housekeeping Representatives make up the core of our operational team. They are fast workers with a defined eye for details. We are looking for individuals who naturally enjoy cleaning and enjoy working with their hands. In addition to cleaning and servicing guestrooms, public spaces, and laundry facilities, Room Attendants help build and maintain the look and image of the hotel. The Full Time Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms daily in accordance with Country Inn & Suites standards. Specifically, the Housekeeping Room Attendant will be entrusted to the below job descriptions.

Shifts Available:

• 7:00AM to 3:00PM

• 8:00AM to 4:00PM

• 10AM to 6:00PM


• Prepares bed and bath linens

• Cleans and straightens rooms

• Displays and replaces amenities and promotional materials

• Remove trash, soiled linen, etc. and take to appropriate area for pick up

• Maintains supplies necessary to clean rooms efficiently

• Utilize the proper cleaning methods to prevent injury

• Keeps supply cart stocked

• Laundry, pressing and folding, towels, linen, etc.

• Report deficiencies in guest rooms and on guest floors to the housekeeping/engineering management team • Ensure cleanliness of guest room hallways, elevators, public areas and service corridors in accordance with hotel standards

• Inventory and maintain the cleanliness of the linen closets

• Project an image of professionalism, friendliness and willingness to provide personalized service to our guests

• Adhere to the hotel Lost and found policies and procedures


• Ideal candidate will have experience working in a hotel environment that provides a superior level of guest service and professionalism

• Ability to physically work for longs periods of time while maintaining a close attention to detail

• Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at once

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively communicate with department managers, team members and guests

• Must possess a strong team spirit

• Maintain high energy throughout the day

Physical Demands:

• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements

• Ability to lift, pull, push up to 70 pounds on an ongoing basis

• Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist on an ongoing basis

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
