HR Administrative Assistant Job Duties

  • Order & Distribute Uniforms, Safety Shoes and Hats & Hoodies
  • STAR Cards – Individual and 7S Card Distribution, Ordering and Tracking
  • Zoo & Science Museum Passes – Maintain calendar, send reminder emails, track usage
  • Thunder Basketball, OU Football, Chesapeake Arena & EAC Events – conduct drawings, track eligibility, issue tickets
  • Ordering – office supplies, business cards, funeral flowers, stamps/postage, EOM nameplates
  • Document Storage – Arrange pick-up and delivery of stored boxes & scrap shredding
  • Lockers – Maintain lockers list and issue locks/lockers; clean-out of lockers after terminations
  • Parking – Issue Green, United Way and Carpool parking permits
  • Maintain Intranet and rolling monitors presentations
  • Maintain phone list
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail
  • Order meeting lunches

  • Ordering of coffee & condiments
  • Employee Recognition
    • Prepare certificates & slides for EoM and QSC
    • Assist with recognition luncheons
    • Assist with President’s luncheons
  • Accounting
    • Process HR invoices
    • Maintain budget tracking spreadsheet
    • Reconcile HR Manager’s PUC card
    • IDC billing
    • Purchase requisitions
