• AP/AR and journal entries
• Onboarding of new hires
• Maintaining files
• Managing benefits
• OSHA reporting
• Assisting with development of employee handbook

These are the qualities we’re looking for in an HR Administrative Assistant:
• The perfect candidate is eager to learn and able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Intermediate experience in Word and Excel. QuickBooks is a plus
