ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

IMMEDIATE NEED for an experienced administrative.            HR experience a PLUS!

Pay Rate: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

Location: Youngstown, OH

 

Position Requirements:

-A quick learner who takes initiative in becoming proficient at new skills

-Demonstrated ability to stay organized and successfully multi-task

-Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills

-Consistent on time attendance

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant Administrative / Customer Service experience
  • Computer literate, experienced in Word, Excel
  • Ability to learn company’s computer system to track attendance/payroll
  • Maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, confidentiality
  • Proficient data entry skills / proficient filing skills
  • Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and superiors

Job Type: Full-time – Temporary position expected to last 5+ months

Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM  

  • (With possibility of some OT on a Saturday.)
