Human Resource Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a client in the Cleveland area to fill a part time Administrative Assistant position within their Human Resources Department.

This HR Administrative Assistant position entails:
•Assisting the HR team with routine benefits
•Additional support of all other HR functions
including payroll, and employee reporting,
recruiting, and hiring, candidate testing and
screening, training and development and general
policy administration
•Periodic bulk copying and collating large
orientation and testing packets to be distributed
throughout the facility

Requirements for Success include
•5-7 years as an HR Generalist – Administrative
Assistant with concentration in benefits and
•Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word,
Outlook, Excel, Power point and database
management systems.
•Well organized, detail-oriented, result driven
•Excellent communicator and ability to work
autonomously following initial direction
•Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
or Business Administration with a concentration in
Human Resources (Benefits/Payroll certification a

This is a part-time contract position, working 24 hours a week. The pay rate is $22.00 an hour.
